- I'm 24 years old. Am I too old to begin martial arts and expect anything more than a rudimentary skill level?
- No age is too old to start. It is all about what you are willing to work for. Age is not a factor if you become a student of the arts for the full benefits. There are students at our school who did not begin thier training until they were over 50!
